You will develop strategies and tactical plans to support consumer / member innovation, support new product and program launches, and combat competitive pressures. You may analyze economic considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, and manage program / project budgets.Primary Responsibilities:Support existing marketing strategies to achieve assigned % of DSNP sales and Medicaid member growth and retentionManage agencies and creative process for direct mail executionExecute and manage end - to - end direct mail and Field Sales Inserts (FSI) campaigns Ensure all marketing materials abide by CMS requirements and are filed and approved by CMS before deploying Develop and execute monthly and ad hoc Data Select Requests (DSRs)Identify opportunities for process improvementsSupport lead gen reporting on a monthly basis or as needed Gain an understanding of the Medicaid, Dual SNP and PDP productsBuild positive relationships within the cross-functional team to help foster and promote collaborationInspire and motivate other team members
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher required2+ years of sales and marketing experienceDirect to consumer marketing experienceExperience with Microsoft Word and Excel including IF, V-Lookup, intermediate formulasPreferred Qualifications:Health Care Industry experienceExperience with Microsoft PowerPoint and OutlookExperience providing direction to creative agenciesProject Management experienceSoft Skills:Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across the organizationCreative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful.
