Employee will follow a prescriptive work plan to target blue chip providers and collaborate with them to hold preventive gap in care events aimed at the closure of STARS gaps. In addition, this role is geared towards aiding in the development of activities and strategies to increase member and provider satisfaction, member retention, providing community sales support and promoting preventive care in Medicare Dual Special Needs (DSNP) product. Employee will be self-motivated with autonomous work ability. Travel will be required to hold community events and meet with members and providers throughout TN. Employee will be key support of larger cross-functional, matrix team to drive overall success of department. Employee will provide direct guidance and feedback to marketing plan and sales goals related to market knowledge and mitigation efforts.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor' Degree or High School Diploma / GED with 3+ years of Sales experience2+ years of Sales experience2+ years of Customer Service experience in an office environment (maintain communications in person and in writing)2+ years of prior experience with Medicare and / or Medicaid Experience with Microsoft Excel including proficiency to create, edit and organize information such as outreach lists and event rostersExperience with Microsoft PowerPoint (must be able to create and edit presentations)Experience with Microsoft Outlook experience (scheduling meetings and events and accessing other calendars)Regional travel in addition to time in a business office are requiredMust be able to work Monday to Friday, core business hours with over-time as needed and occasional events on the weekendsPreferred Qualifications: Experience analyzing data is preferred Agent Licensure preferredSTARS and HEDIS experience is preferredPrior experience with Process Improvement, Work Plan Development and Implementation is strongly preferredPublic speaking skills and the ability to facilitate large groups is preferredExperience with Direct Member / Provider Engagement is preferredPhysical Requirement and Work Environment: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. when needed to set up for eventsCareers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
