Assist in planning and execution of marketing strategies for the launch of new products / programs to support the growth of retail banking business
Work closely with product teams and various internal and external counterparts on developing marketing plans and materials
Coordinate with branches and other stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of marketing campaigns and events
Conduct analysis to identify market trends to support management to formulate product and portfolio strategies
Conduct pre- and post-campaign evaluation to monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs
University graduate in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in marketing in retail banking
Sound knowledge of retail banking products such as credit cards, deposits, secured / unsecured lending, insurance and other structured products
Creative, self-motivated, analytical and attentive to details
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
Conversant with MS office application and Chinese word processing
