Based in West Los Angeles, the primary responsibilities of the Client Operations Associate are to assist with overall marketing and prospect and client communications efforts, including:
♦ Production of Marketing Materials, specifically:
♦ Website Management:
♦ Work with third party to help redesign website, improve navigation, incorporate user friendly features/content.
♦ Assist with Satuit (CRM system) database maintenance and system governance, data entry, and report generation entering in data and generating reports.
♦ Help establish effective quality control process for data and materials produced
♦ Lead and/or support internal projects
♦ Experience working in a fast paced industry and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
♦ Demonstrates effective critical thinking and problem-solving approach to challenges and projects.
♦Self-starter who takes initiative and manages work proactively, in addition to self-initiating other value-added tasks.
♦ Acute attention to accuracy and detail.
♦ Ability to meet tight deadlines at times, works well under pressure.
♦ Excellent oral communication skills, planning, and organizational skills.
♦ An understanding and affinity for branding and identity - High-drive to elevate the brand and improve/innovate ways we present the firm and strategies.
♦ A strong understanding, passion and pursuit of technical trends.
♦ Highly motivated with demonstrated initiative, independence and adaptability.
♦ Focused on continuous improvement and operational discipline.
♦ 2-3 plus years work-related experience preferred, financial services experiences a plus
♦ Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
♦ Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
♦ Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Vizio and other graphic software a plus
♦ Experience with maintaining a CRM system (Satuit or similar) a plus
♦ Experience with project management and/or process redesign a plus
♦ Experience with maintaining and designing websites a plus
