Warrior Products is seeking an automotive enthusiast with a Web/Graphic Design background that specializes in B2B/B2C marketing. Below is a general list of the position's requirements. You will be required to fill multiple roles within our business.
Web: - Generates all content for two company websites: warriorproducts.com, hoodlift.com; including: blog postings, articles, news, slider images, product listings, product imagery, videos, banners, logos, forms, dealer area - Manage and maintain two company websites - Respond to dealer inquiries, submitted customer service via websites, dealer area, subscription list, dealer logins, product data accuracy and consistency, product upload - SEO/SEM Refinement for two company websites - Google Analytics reporting and tracking of keyword density, audience, sources, duplicate content, etc. - Google Analytics Reporting for two company websites; including: %new/existing users, sessions, bounce rate, time/visit, CTR, sources, audience, etc. - Creating/coding, testing, refining, and distributing all press releases using iContact - Managing and maintaining contact lists for iContact - Posting, maintaining, and responding to customer inquiries on various community industry-focused forums that we hold vendor accounts - Auditing dealer websites for data accuracy and consistency
Customer Service: - Respond to all customer service inquiries sent to multiple email addresses through contact forms, comments, and direct emails - Answer technical support/customer inquiry phone calls - Point of contact to dealers for all web-related information, digital assets, dealer logins, data consistency, data accuracy, pricing, etc.
Marketing: - Responsible for all aspects of Warrior Marketing including; but not limited to, seeking joint marketing campaigns, conceptualizing and implementing marketing campaigns, recognizing and securing marketing opportunities yielding return - Must possess the ability to accurately present and discuss new and existing projects and designs to management, collaborating on final plans, designs, and intended results. - Tradeshow experience and must have an outgoing personality to interact with potential and existing consumers. May be required to travel to attend and work various tradeshows.
Advertising: - Responsible for all aspects of Warrior Advertising. Conceptualizing, designing, and implementing all print banners, forum banners, web banners, 1/6th page ads, ½ page ads, full page ads, 2-page spreads, flyers, brochures, catalogs, tradeshow materials, t-shirts, business cards, product packaging, stickers, decals, posters, vehicle wraps, event videos, installation videos, brochure holders (inserts), signs, labels, folders, media kits, digital assets, photo editing, photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, web design, motion graphics, web development - Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign CC, Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, Dreamweaver CC, Acrobat Pro X, Premiere CC, Premiere CS6, After Effects CS6 - iContact, Google Analytics, Instagram, Facebook, Google+ - Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote - Must possess the ability to accurately present and discuss new and existing projects and designs to management
Social Media: - Create ongoing social media and content strategies and plans. - Implements those plans from concept to finalization, incorporating processes into day-to-day operations. - Develop and maintain all social media campaigns - Manages and oversees all aspects of social media product implementation. - Track and assess social media conversion rates and make changes to social media accounts to improve performance. - Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of Social Media programs and initiatives, making changes to support business goals. - Apply creativity and innovation in developing content that will engage consumers and enhance the brand. - Proactively identify and evaluate Social Media partnership opportunities. - Monitors and responds to all social media outlets: pages, sites, blogs, etc. on daily basis and acts as Community Manager.
