Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)The E&I, Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Acquisition is responsible for helping to plan and develop digital experiences as part of a rapidly growing number of integrated B2B, B2B2C strategies that build brand awareness, acquire, engage and retain consumers and organizations through digital products, media platforms, content and technologies. More specifically, This individual will partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to shape the overarching integrated campaign strategy, help define the appropriate analytics and measurement plan, and work across a highly-matrixed environment to ensure smooth campaign delivery and ongoing optimization. This new, highly visible role will work closely across with leaders at all levels across the organization with a particular focus on optimizing the media digital planning function and digital delivery across websites (most notable uhc.com), landing pages online advertising, paid search, paid display, search engine optimization and social media. Primary Responsibilities:Manage go-to-market digital strategies to drive lead performanceDevelops, translates and executes strategies at assigned segment(s) levelManage cross - functional relationships within sales , marketing, creative services, technology, research, analytics, and product teams to ensure a consistent message across audience touch points to maximize results Drive use of digital analytics to provide insights and with recommendations to reach targeted audiences in new ways and improve digital marketing ROI, future recommendations and overall strategies Helps develop innovative and audience - centric digital marketing plans for awareness, education, acquisition and retention, through insights, meaningful engagements and brand management targets on both national and local market campaignsCollaborate with business leaders both internal / external partners (advertising and media agencies) to lead our B2B digital marketing vision and roadmap, aligned with UHC technology, platforms and systemsStay curious and maintain awareness of progressive marketplace 'best practice' and industry trendsActs as an overall digital SME for the Marketing acquisition team
Required Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field 3+ years of marketing experience 3+ years of B2B and/or B2C digital marketing experience with an emphasis on integrated marketing campaigns. 2+ years' experience working with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMSExceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate and inspire at all levels, including addressing opportunities, risks, and strategic positioning with business and technology leaders Proven track record of displaying ownership, urgency and sound decision making skills Extensive experience planning and managing large-scale, strategic digital marketing initiatives across matrixed organizations Gaining support for initiatives through influence and use of business rationale Demonstrated experience with road mapping and implementing digital marketing initiatives that will scale to support the requirements of a growing organization Deep understanding of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to improve online experience and presence. Able to translate trends into business opportunities Strong leadership and consensus building skills, with a willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development Preferred Qualifications:MBA with emphasis in marketing, digital, product Healthcare or highly regulated industry experienceTechnology and consumer based organization experience3+ years experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or equivalentCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
