The Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Executive Assistant, Membership and Marketing Communications in our Chicago office located in the O'Hare corridor and easily accessible by public transportation.
This fast paced position offers variety, the opportunity to manage projects and to work with a friendly, collaborative team. The Executive Admin provides support to the SVP and helps staff several board committees and provides administrative support for an annual CEO seminar.
. Lead the team planning an annual seminar, scheduling meetings, developing seminar plan and ensuring its implementation.
. Negotiate sponsorships for the annual seminar.
. Schedule Membership Committee and Nominating Committee meetings; prepare timelines, agenda and other materials for meetings.
. Schedule and coordinate committee meetings; coordinate with office of Vice Chair.
. Schedule and manage administrative details of member CEO events.
. Prepare the annual Board directory.
. Handle member inquiries, requests and complaints.
. Provide confidential administrative support to the Senior Vice President.
. Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports.
. Maintain calendar and schedule for division.
. Coordinate division meetings and maintain division attendance records.
. Schedule travel arrangements, meetings and conference calls.
. Proof and distribute email communications from President to members.
