And you'll do your life's best work.(sm)Primary Responsibilities: Develop vision, consumer strategies and lead initiatives that help members maximize their health plan benefits and deliver against Net Promoter Score goals Lead high priority enterprise - wide initiatives, collaborating across the organization, setting clear direction and influencing senior management Create breakthrough campaigns that motivate members to get the recommended diagnostic and preventive care, and to close specific gaps in care Translate business goals into marketing objectives and strategies that facilitate business growth by leveraging insights from data and setting clear metrics for success Create consumer research plan, assessing proprietary and third - party data, to develop deep consumer empathy, identify member pain points, solutions and segmentation insights Lead orchestration and activation of Sesame Street sponsorship to drive business results Develop strategies for personalized, real time campaigns leveraging predictive modeling analytics to identify, deploy, and test best performing marketing activities; optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators Orchestrate multi - media marketing campaigns that include digital, social, mobile, print, direct mail, etc. across enterprise - wide teams and external agencies Develop strategy, process and implementation plan to evolve member newsletter publications into a modern, personalized content experience Lead development and orchestration of marketing plan that meets registration and engagement goals for member health and wellness platform Create taxonomy strategy and implementation guidelines for health improvement and wellness programs to improve and simplify the member experience Partner with product and digital teams to develop comprehensive, customizable member experience and marketing plan that drives engagement in new suite of health and wellness programs Develop consumer strategies and lead initiatives that improve member perceptions about their health plan Identify new ideas, technologies and solutions to meet emerging consumer needs, leveraging competitive assessments and consumer insights Route & track campaign materials through legal, clinical and key stakeholder approval process Oversee and manage marketing budget to deliver against engagement goals Develop process for competitive benchmarking and assessment
Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree 8+ years of strategic marketing leadership 5+ years of people management experience Proven success in the development of strategic marketing plans tied to business goals and deployment of innovative integrated marketing campaigns Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver results on complex initiatives Ability to work collaboratively and influence across levels in an entrepreneurial and highly matrixed environment Proven success managing multiple agency and external vendor relationships Strong, proven analytical skills Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are concise, candid and professional Ability to set clear direction and lead with confidence, conviction and presence Leverage technology to deliver business goals and improved consumer experience Proactive self-starter; with sense of urgency to achieve results Quick study, flexible and able to handle a fast paced, ever changing work environment Strong strategic and critical thinking with ability to challenge status quo with new ideas Ability to analyze situations, identify and troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions and use good judgment to make decisions Ability to lead, develop and coach team of on-site and remote direct reportsPreferred Qualifications: MBA Healthcare experience Digital and database marketing to reach targeted segmentsCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
